Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under human CamKII's promoter which restrictly expressed in neurons of the neocortex and hippocampus, also pyramidal neurons. This lentivirus also contain the GFP selection marker under the consitutive RSV promoter. Lentivirus concentrated and provided in PBS solution.
