The ALPCO human Beta Cell line of Insulin, C-Peptide, and Proinsulin ELISAs are designed to meet your sample needs. The ALPCO C-Peptide ELISA is designed for the quantitative determination of C-Peptide in Serum or Plasma. In the past, many people reported samples would fall out of range (either above or below) when using our previous two C-peptide assay (old CP ELISA= 100-4000pM, old CP Ultrasensitive: 2-250pM). To address this, we have combined the two assays (regular and ultrasensitive) into one (standard range is now 20-3000 pmol/l). We have also improved the assay by including a bi-level control set, improved the presentation of the conjugate vial, as well as provided sturdier strips and a locking mechanism to the 96 well Ab coated plate which is now presented in a resealable pouch./div
