BlueCap Solution Washing Buffer  - TRIS-based no Tween - is designed especially for immunohistochemistry. It should be used, whenever detergents can make problems in detection.

TRIS-based buffer with 350 mM NaCl, pH 7.2 ± 0.2
contains 0.1% ProClin^® 300

contains neither Tween nor other detergents

shelf life at –20 °C: 1 year - tolerates repeated freezing and thawing cycles
shelf life at 2 – 8 °C: 6 months
