BCL3 Break Apart FISH Probe

The BCL3 Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to detect rearrangements in the human BCL3 gene. In addition to revealing breaks, which can lead to translocation of parts of the gene, inversion, or its fusion to other genes, the probe can also be used to identify other BCL3 aberrations such as deletions or amplifications. Rearrangements and abnormal expression of the BCL3 gene have been observed in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other malignancies.
