| Antibody Usage Summary: | Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3028 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D3, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3028 was determined to be 4 ug/ml. Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx 35kD band observed in Human lysates of cell lines A431 and K562 (calculated MW of 38.7kD according to NP_000691.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Paweletz et al, Cancer Res. 2000 Nov15;60(22):6293-7. PMID: 11103786). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 ug/ml. |
