WNT3 Antibody Specificity

Immunogen: WNT3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of the human Wnt3 protein.

Epitope: Internal

Specificity: Recognizes mouse Wnt3 protein ~40kD. Two additional non-specific bands at ~50kD and ~60kD are observed in both Wnt3-transfected and vector-only cell lysates. Species sequence homology: Human, rat and chicken.
