VCL / Vinculin antibody was raised against recombinant protein fragment containing a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 452 and 701 of Human Vinculin.

Human Vinculin. Predicted cross-reactivity based on amino acid sequence homology: mouse (98%), rat (97%), pig (99%), zebrafish (82%).
