Anti-Ubiquityl-Histone H2A (Lys119) Rabbit pAb detects histone H2A only when it is ubiquitinated at Lys119. This antibody has been shown to selectively recognize ubiquitinated H2A peptide at Lys119, but not the acetylated, crotonylated, or unmodified H2A peptide at Lys119 or Lys118.
