 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3379 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D1, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. TRAF6 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of the human and mouse TRAF6 (TNF receptor-associated factor 6) protein.

Recognizes human TRAF6 proteins at ~55kD. Species Crossreactivity: mouse. Reactivity was confirned with human Hela, HEK293, Jurkat and mouse NIH3T3 cell lysates.
