 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3645 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D2, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3645 was determined to be 2.5 ug/ml. TNNT2 / CTnT Antibody Specificity

 

Immunogen:

TNNT2 / CTnT antibody was raised against purified rabbit cardiac troponin T isoform (TnT4R). Epitope: FMPNLVPPKI (5 region of the cardiac gene exon 10). Cellular Localization: Mostly over the I bands in myofibrils.

 

Specificity:

Recognizes the cardiac isoform of rabbit Troponin T (cTnT). Species cross-reactivity: Canine, chicken, goldfish, guinea pig, human, mouse, porcine, rat, sparrow. Does not react with frog.
