 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3443 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D1, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. Western Blot: 1:1000 on 10 ug of PC12 lysates. Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:1000. TH / Tyrosine Hydroxylase Antibody Specificity

 

Immunogen:

TH antibody was raised against denatured tyrosine hydroxylase from rat pheochromocytoma (denatured by sodium dodecyl sulfate).

 

Specificity:

Recognizes tyrosine hydroxylase. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, human, ferret, feline and Aplysia (marine mollusc). Because Tyrosine Hydroxylase is highly conserved, this antibody is expected to cross-react with most mammalian species and many non-mammalian species.
