 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B4185 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) rat tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibod, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B4185 was determined to be 5 ug/ml. SIRPA antibody was raised against fusion protein corresponding to the cytoplasmic domain of rat SHPS-1 (aa418-481).

Specificity:

Recognizes the differentially glycosylated forms of rat SIRPa1/SHPS-1 of 130, 100 and 65kD. Detects a single band at 50kD. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse.
