Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (P.1) Antibody IgG Titer Serologic Assay Kit (Spike RBD)

Multiple variants of SARS-CoV-2 are circulating globally and posting new challenges to human health. The variant P.1 identified in Brazil in Jan, 2021 shows increased transmissibility and is likely to escape from established immunity. There are 12 mutations on the spike protein of the Brazilian variant (L18F, T20N, P26S, D138Y, R190S, K417T, E484K, N501Y, D614G, H655Y, T1027I, V1176F); of which 3 (K417T, E484K, N501Y) resides on the receptor-binding domain (RBD). To evaluate the impacts of the new variants, a rapid and effective assay kit detecting the levels of antibody against the mutant is in urgent need.
