 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3675 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D1, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. RPS6KA3 / RSK2 antibody was raised against a 14 residue synthetic peptide (C)NRNQSPVLEPVGRS based on the mouse RSK2 S6 kinase (amino acids 604-617) with the cysteine (C) residue added and the peptide coupled to KLH.

Specificity:

Detects an ~90 kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of RSK2 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from mouse and rat origins.
