An IHC-plusTM AntibodyPeptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western Blot: Approx. 48kD band observed in lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 49.8kD according to NP_003880.3). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 35kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%), Gorilla (100%), Gibbon (100%), Monkey (93%), Marmoset (93%), Horse (87%), Pig (87%), Panda (80%), Dog (80%), Rabbit (80%).

Epitope: Internal

Specificity: Human NR1I2 / PXR. This antibody is expected to recognize all reported isoforms (NP_071285.1; NP_148934.1; NP_003880.3).
