An IHC-plusTM AntibodyImmunohistochemistry: LS-B3847 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D3, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%), Gorilla (100%), Gibbon (100%), Marmoset (83%), Panda (83%), Cat (83%), Dog (83%), Horse (83%).

Specificity: Human PKD1. This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_001009944.1 and NP_000287.2).
