 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3435 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D2, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3435 was determined to be 10 ug/ml. Learn more

NKX3-1 Antibody Specificity

 

Immunogen:

NKX3-1 antibody was raised against fusion protein containing the N-terminal domain of the human Nkx3.1 protein.

 

Epitope:

N-Terminus

 

Specificity:

Reacts with human Nkx3.1 protein, and does not cross-react with mouse. On Western blots, this antibody detects a band at ~34kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with human LN Cap-FGC prostate carcinoma cell lysates.
