 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3403 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D1, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3403 was determined to be 5 ug/ml. Learn more

MAPK8 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to the N- terminal portion of human JNK1.

Specificity:

Reacts specifically with JNK1. The antibody was evaluated by western blot, dot blot and ELISA. By western blot, an immunoreactive bands around 46 kD was observed in the NIH/3T3 whole cell lysate. Western blot:0.5-2 ug/ml IP*:2-5 ug/extract from 107 Cells IHC*:2-5 ug/ml *: Recommended but not tested.
