 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3720 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D2, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3720 was determined to be 10 ug/ml. ITGB2 / CD18 Antibody Specificity

 

Immunogen:

ITGB2 / CD18 antibody was raised against leukocytes of a patient suffering from a LGL-type leukemia.

 

Epitope:

Azide-free

 

Specificity:

Recognizes an epitope involving residues 534-546 in cysteine-rich repeat 3 of the CD18 antigen (integrin beta2 subunit; beta2 integrin). CD18 is a 90-95 kD type I transmembrane protein expressed on all leukocytes.
