 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3722 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D2, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3722 was determined to be 10 ug/ml. ICAM3 Antibody Specificity

 

Immunogen:

ICAM3 antibody was raised against leukocytes of a patient suffering from LGL-type leukemia.

 

Specificity:

Reacts with CD50 (ICAM-3), a 120-130 kD type I membrane protein (immunoglobulin supergene family) expressed on leukocytes, endothelial cells and Langerhans cells; it is negative on platelets and erythrocytes. The MEM-04 blocks DC-SIGN (CD209) binding to ICAM-3 (epitope in D1).
