Anti-£]-Hydroxybutyryl-Histone H4 (Lys5) Rabbit pAb detects histone H4 only when it is £]-hydroxybutyrylated at Lys5. This antibody has been shown to selectively recognize £]-hydroxybutyrylated H4 peptide at Lys5, but not the acetylated, crotonylated, butyrylated, or 2-hydroxyisobutyrylated H4 peptide at Lys5.
