Anti-£]-Hydroxybutyryl-Histone H3 (Lys9) Rabbit pAb detects histone H3 only when it is £]-hydroxybutyrylated at Lys9. This antibody has been shown to selectively recognize £]-hydroxybutyrylated H3 peptide at Lys9, but not the acetylated, crotonylated, butyrylated, 2-hydroxyisobutyrylated, or unmodified H3 peptide at Lys9.
