Anti-£]-Hydroxybutyryl-Histone H3 (Lys27) Rabbit pAb detects histone H3 only when it is £]-hydroxybutyrylated at Lys27. This antibody has been shown to selectively recognize £]-hydroxybutyrylated H3 peptide at Lys27, but not the acetylated, crotonylated, 2-hydroxyisobutyrylated, or unmodified peptide at Lys27.
