An IHC-plusTM AntibodyImmunohistochemistry: LS-B3611 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D3, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3611 was determined to be 2.5 ug/ml. Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approx. 70kD band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum and Frontal Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 61.6kD according to NP_000800.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.
