 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3292 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D1, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. Immunogen:

CSNK2B antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide derived from the region of human CK2beta that contains serine 209. The sequence is conserved in mouse, rat, chicken, pig and rabbit.

Specificity:

Human CK2beta. Other species CK2beta (100% homologous) have not been tested, but are expected to react. This antibody does not cross react with CK2beta [pS360] (mouse), [pS362], [pS370], or CK2beta [pS2]
