 Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3738 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D1, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3738 was determined to be 10 ug/ml. Learn more

CRADD / RAIDD Antibody Specificity

 

Immunogen:

CRADD / RAIDD antibody was raised against a 15 residue synthetic peptide (C)NSSPSDRQINQLAQR based on the human RAIDD (residues 112-126) (1) with the cysteine (C) residue added and the peptide coupled to KLH.

 

Specificity:

Detects an ~24 kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of RAIDD on SDS-PAGE immunoblots. This 24 kD band, as well as a 67 kD band, can be specifically inhibited by the relevant peptide.
