AURKB / Aurora-B Antibody Specificity

Immunogen: AURKB / Aurora-B antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acids surrounding Thr232 of human Aurora B (AIM), coupled to KLH.

Epitope: pThr232

Specificity: Detects an -40 kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of phosphorylated Aurora B (AIM) (Thr232) on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human origin. This antibody also detects a protein band at -35 kD predicted to be Aurora C.
