An IHC-plusTM AntibodyImmunohistochemistry: LS-B3582 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) mouse tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D3, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3582 was determined to be 5 ug/ml. Specificity: Recognizes mouse Apolipoprotein AI (Apo AI). Minimum cross-reactivity to Apo AII, Apo B, Apo CI, Apo CII, Apo CIII, Apo E and Apo J. Non-specific crossreaction with other mouse serum proteins is negligible.
