Anti-Acetyl-Histone H3 (Lys56) Rabbit pAb detects histone H3 only when it is acetylated at Lys56. This antibody has been shown to selectively recognize acetylated H3 peptide at Lys56, but not the structurally similar crotonylated or unmodified H3 peptide.
