2. 1ml 5X Agarose wash buffer
3. 1ml 5X Agarose storage buffer
Recommended Assay Protocol:
1. Clean resin with 10 column volumes of 1X agarose cleaning buffer.
2. Remove cleaning solution by washing resin with 10 column volumes of 1X agarose wash buffer
3. Store resin at 4°c in 10 column volumes 1X agarose storage buffer.
