50 ml AEC Substrate Buffer. A diluent for use with AEC (3-Amino-9-ethylcarbazole, Cat.# 2122-10), a precipitable peroxidase substrate for immunoblotting and immunohistochemical staining techniques. Supplied as a 10X concentrate.
