Our Cellular Senescence Activity Assay provides an efficient method to measure Senescence Associated (SA) ?-galactosidase activity. SA-?-Gal catalyzes the hydrolysis of X-gal, which produces a blue color in senescent cells. Quantify senescence using a fluorescence plate reader.
